Dr. Gross is a true professional as is his entire staff. They rarely run late, always take the necessary time to insure that my medical needs are understood and treated. On a personal level, Dr. Gross makes me feel at ease during my visit. A hand of aces!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I heard from another patient who recieved care from the same doctor that he overmedicated her to the point of psychosis, and in a dehumanizing and dismissing manner, disregarded her claims. She lost her job, and her life was changed forever. Thinking this was an individual instance I didnt pay much attention to it. I should have heeded her warning. In my particular case, I was prescribed three powerful medicines at apparently potentially lethal doses. I suffered all the symptoms of what is known as Serotonin syndrome. This can occur when too much of a substance that manipulates the neurotransmitter serotonin is given. So, I was also overmedicated to the point of almost death. This doctor is modern day Mengele(nazi doctor who experimented on people) Beware! get out of his path before he ruins you too. You are just a customer/guinea pig and not a patient.
