A couple of my friends have told me about doctors that take personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they don't do that here, and always give me their full attention. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They were ready when I walked in the door. They called me back to see the doctor within ten minutes. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They went over every detail of my medication with me carefully and meticulously so I completely understood. They always make the extra effort to make sure I feel safe and involved.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back to see the doctor within ten minutes. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
