Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I felt like my medical needs were met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My wait time for first visit was an hour and second visit was an hour and 45 minutes and then doctor glaced at his watch while I was speaking. My biggest problem is that the doctor nor his staff will respond to billing errors. They won't even respond to his own billing office nor to the patient. Plus his hours are half days for two days and only full day is Friday. Emergencies are referred to another doctor not in the immediate area. For these reasons alone and his wait times, it is just not worth the hassle.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
