They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Wonderful Doctor / Rude Staff
I have seen Dr. Sotosky for several years. About a year ago I switched to another doctor not because of Dr. Sotosky but his rude office personnel and Hours. I would call to make an appointment 20 minutes after their lunch hour was over and it would still roll to the answer service. The office staff seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult. Time to pull the plug on the staff.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
