Dr. Dumaran is a fine, thoughtful intelligent physician. He listens and incorporates my input into his recommendations. He is also likable and congenial. I recommend him to anyone.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They had a few different appointment times available but for just a physical I had to wait a few months and take a time that was less desirable for my schedule.

My Father has an appt. this morning (w/appt. card stating appt. was today). He got there and they told him the doctor had emergency last week and all those appts. were transferred to this week and that his was cancelled. They said they sent letter stating such but he never got such a letter. Why weren't the emergency week appt. postponed instead of this week appts? Told him they would reschedle him and did so for 5 wks. down the road. Something is not right here - and needs to taken care of with the front office. Unacceptable.
