Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
