Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their office wasn't easy to find. The only reason I eventually found it was because I printed out very clear directions.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited.. Whenever I have an appointment, we're usually able to pick up right where we left off from the last appointment. I sometimes have to re-explain my situation, which makes me feel like they generally listen to me while I'm there. I usually satisfied with my visit. They were generally helpful and I leave feeling ok but sometimes questions remain
