Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

This provider is nothing short of horrible. I cannot speak directly to their radiology services, as I never met the radiologist and their consultation was directly with my physician. I presume that was adequate. What I can comment on is their poor billing practices. They initially billed me without seeking insurance reimbursement. When I called them, they said they didn't have my insurance information (note: it was provided when I had the CAT scan). I gave the information again and they said they would submit the claim. I never heard anything afterward until I was contacted by a collection agency trying to collect the full amount of the bill. My insurance company confirmed they made no claim. As you might expect, the collection agency was no help in resolving this. If you have a choice (I don't because they are the only game in town) STAY AWAY!

No, they were fully staffed

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits at all. I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
