I wasn't entirely convinced that they knew what they were talking about. I'm hoping I can find someone more knowledgeable somewhere else. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I'm there, I have to re-explain who I am and what my situation is. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there. Always running late, but when you are late, they won't take you. Hoping to find someone more knowledgeable.
