They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
