I had just moved to Nashville when I had to be hospitalized. I did not know any physicians in the area. I don't know how Dr. Osborne became my primary physician, but I am grateful that she did! She is knowledgeable, great bedside manner, very kind and aware that I was completely alone in Nashville and therefore made me feel very secure. I I left the area shortly thereafter, but I will not forget the wonderful care I received. I hightly recommend.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
