The wait time is over 2 hours. Office staff is very rude. Will not answer the phone. I have left voice mail messages to schedule an appt and the phone calls are not returned. For the last 2 appts, I have had to call over and over all afternoon and get lucky for someone to answer the phone and then they are rude. They also cancel appts after it has taken days to get someone on the phone to schedule one. You can only communicate with them through the patient portal; however, I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me set up the patient portal. Had an appt scheduled at 1:15 (first after lunch) hoping to cut down on the wait. Arrived at 1:10 and he was headed out the door for lunch and would be back in an hour and a half. There is no concern for patients whatsoever. I am currently looking for another rheumatologist.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Definitely not. They are against using anything except prescription drugs

One thing I noticed about their staff they are absolutely fantastic . They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I would choose them over anyone else in the field, and I can’t wait until my next appointment.
