My father,Fred Leichman,was a patient in I.C.U.Room 7008 from 4/22/11 to 4/25/11.He passed away at 6:47 a.m.He had severe emphasima and was admitted with pnuemonia..All of the staff were wonderful and made him feel very comfortable.But on the morning we lost him there was an angel,a very special nurse I had not met yet attending to him.Her name was either Kathy[cathy] or kathleen[cathleen] I'm not sure of the spelling.She was so sincere and caring.She explained everything and answered all of our questions honestly but with genuine concern for our feelings.And she made us feel so much better about the choices we had to make.If I could have picked anyone I wished to be the attending nurse in his last hours it would have been her[kathy]. She was a God send when we needed one and we won't forget her.
