This doctor is uncaring and rude. Her bedside manner is horrible. She makes you feel uncomfortable and stupid. She does not want to listen, just spends time on her laptop during your entire visit, never making eye contact. I do not recommend to anyone.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Please find another doctor. Dr. Mys-Curtis is a horrible doctor. You will be lucky to get out with your life. She will not refer you to specialists, she does not listen to your needs, and she refuses to treat you if it will cost her any money. Forget about going to the emergency room. I had to go one weekend and as per her rules, I called the office first. Once I was called back by the doctor covering for her – I was told that yes, I should to go the ER. A week later I received a letter from her office telling me that I can’t go to ER unless I call her office first! On my next visit I brought this up to her – she was very rude. This doctor does not like to be told she is wrong. Even the nurses at the hospital will tell you that they hate to see her coming. She has no idea what she is doing. I am really surprised she hasn’t lost her practice due to the number of law-suits I’m sure she must have by now.
