He is always behind schedule so you spend a long time in the waiting room. Office staff is nice but Dr Rhyee likes to ramble on. And seems impatient when you want to talk.

Excellent excellent five stars. I've been with him for five years and I have to say that he's literally changed my life. He listens and explains...wish more doctors were this patient and caring.
