The office is poorly managed.The lady with dark maroon hair was the rudest lady I have met. The office staff is impersonal, discourteous and treats patients like they are no one. I have never been treated this way. Years ago the staff was great but the past three times I have been it is the same people who are very unprofessional.

Dr. Brantley's office is poorly managed. Wait times are long and staff seem bothered by patient presence. Receiving test results from the nurse or information from the doctor takes 1 to 2 months.
