I would highly recommend this office. His ass't Sharon is amazing, has helped me with my med refills, changing meds, getting prior auth on meds that were not covered by my ins. She is a sweetheart. The doctor knew exactly what my dx was and changed my meds accordingly, and if I feel something is not right or i feel bad on any of the meds, he will adjust them right away. I am very happy I have found this very efficient office and dr .

Not at all! They barely listened to a word I said

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

His LAZY, LAZY, LAZY secretary is more interested in reading magazines and playing with her furry stuffed animals than she is doing any actual work. I had to submit my own referrals and insurance billing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Never returntd emergency calls or provided a # to call in case of emergency. Freely wroye script after script even though your appmnt was often less than 10 minutes. Absolutely horrifying to think I placed my sanity in this man's hands. I have read no good reviews (too late!).He is a disgrace to the profession.
