The doctor is a good doctor, though his staff generally suck. Good news is that after the first appointment, you can have minimal interaction with them.

His ratings are abysmal. Changed id's (& rating services) to get rating up to 3 stars w/ 1 review. He has another account (the original one) under Dr. Venkat Vangala at healthgrades.com where he enjoys a 1.5 star rating with 12 reviews.
