They have never postponed my appointment, except once when the doctor had to leave for an emergency consult at the hospital. They always try to get me in as soon as possible when I'm having a problem. I love that I can usually get an appointment quickly and Dr. Tessler himself is always very prompt. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they (the doctor and his staff) are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and carefullly given. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Prices were fair and reasonable.

I tried to get into see Dr. Tessler but rather got his support person, Ms Silver, an MFT or something inferior who talked more about herself during our session than about me and my issues. She handed me a questionare, essential the same one I found on the internet to diagnose me with a severe problem on the first visit. This is not health care, it is idiocy and a money making scam.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I was a little disappointed with how hard they were to reach in an emergency. They eventually called me back, but by then I had already gotten someone else to help me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

My only problem with this office is that they charge you for everything. If you cancel your appt. within the 48 hour window beforehand then you are charged 75.00 and they make it difficult by calling you the night before the appt. is scheduled. They also charge for prescription written outside of an appt. They do a good job but it's very pricey.

All of my questions were answered. Their staff is very professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.
