He has no receptionist for scheduling appointments. Can take 3-4 days for a return phone call, and this is after two attempts to reach him. We may need to find someone else, doesn't matter how nice he is.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
