Im a woman who has overcome health obstacles and am always looking for ways to improve my mind, body and spirit. When the physical body is well and balanced it is easier tyo be balanced emotionally and spiritually...and vice-versa I suppose...I tend to be a talker..have difficulty sticking to subject at hand. Mom, of 7 year old twin boys..that has changed me in ways I would never had imagined!!!!!
