Currently, my work encompasses counseling comprising rape, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse victimology, marriage and family therapy, individual dual diagnoses of mental disorders, and sexual addictions counseling in the Midlands within a Christian clinical counseling ministry.
I have a background in criminal justice in violence and victimization, as well as advanced PTSD training: Certification of Completion with Military Application with the American Association of Christian Counseling; and Motivational Interviewing applications and techniques through Liberty University. I have been providing at-risk and assessment interviews to military and local non-military citizens for the past three years, full time as a National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor; NCCA Advanced Board Certified Sexual Therapist, and a NCCA CERTIFIED Temperament Therapist. I utilize a bio-psycho-social-spiritual whole person approach to assessment within applications of psycho-therapeutic dynamic interventions integrated within Christian concepts; further, evaluating mental disorders and dual diagnoses for clients through a 3rd M.A. in Professional Counseling. (Currently I am undergoing Internship for graduation of a 60 HR. LPC program with Liberty University). I offer holistic, reliable, and validated treatment modalities to clients. I am not currently STATE licensed, but nationally licensed through the National Christian Counselors Association for Clinical Christian Counseling.
