In all honesty people this isn't what a holistic doctor would tell you. They would run a full blood panel on you and find where you are lacking and fortifie where you need it! Just taking suppliments because you think you need them can cause medical issues. Please be careful. Even if you think you need them get proof! Protect yourself - good luck! Remember taking the wrong things can cause problems so do it right... :)

For anyone with joint pain, bromelain. Made from pineapples. I have a spine injury from a fall down the stairs, and I felt significant relief in just a few days when I started taking bromelain.

I read that you should always take Vit. K with Vit. D or D3. I also take Iron daily. Women should take Iron daily to replenish what is lost during their periods. They would feel so much better when "that time comes". It also gives more energy. Also, Vit. E IU & omega 3 or 6 IU have different jobs (they are not the same thing) so should be taken as well. They will nurish the organs and joints as well as care for your skin and hair from the inside out. So if your skin is dry and or itchy, take the Vit. E & Omega's.

K2-vit. with D3 heard to be crucial, not to allow calcium to go to all wrong places (arteries, f.e.) and to prevent soft tissue calcification. Instead K2+D3 together let the calcium enter bones and teeth, the right places.Especially with higher doses as 10000 IU:s D3. At least 100mcg K2 = menanquione with it.

Based on what is happening in our environment, glyphosate everywhere etc. The firewall supplement that seals a leaky gut & re-establishes normal intestinal flora communication & therefore proliferation has to be RESTORE. I feel it should be the one baseline supplement for everyone living in our world today.

I would say that the B vitamins, especially Vitamin B12, are crucial especially for proper methylation. B12 is so very important for the brain, skin, nervous system and immune system. Most people are deficient in B12 especially those who don't eat much meat.
