too many men fear pilates because they think they need to be flexible and that its like yoga ( which is tough too!) ....or that its a stretchy, wimpy workout. I have news for you! You're missing out! Girls don't cry? yet guys do when I work them.. It is more than beats the eye. Pilates is not about power but about control, balance and connecting with your movements during all facets of your life to create healthier movements and less MINDLESS movements which weightlifting and other forms of training can teach you. If you swing a golf club 1000 times with bad form it will take you 2000 times to reverse the bad patterning you created by not doing it right from the beginning. Speaking of Golf Guys need rotation - Pilates is very good in helping with that too!
