I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. My child absolutely loves Robert Cain, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
