I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. My child absolutely loves Robert Cain, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them.
