If this provider was not logistically convenient for me to visit, I would not give them the time of day. The doctors may be good but the administration and management is downright pitiful. From the operator to the office manager- it's quite clear that they only care about the income they generate and not the patient care. Emails and voicemail are not returned and paperwork addressing patient care is left unattended for days on end. My was left unattended for 10 days. I will be filing a separate complaint with the state of Hawaii Department of Labor.
