The pain associated with laser hair removal is overwhelming. Initially, I experienced noticeable hair loss on my back and legs (I am a male) after 3 painful treatments but now the hair is growing back almost as much as before I started. I am NOT PLEASED with my results and will NOT BE going back for future treatments. This package cost me over $4,000 dollars and I feel like it is a total rip-off. I recommend you find other means of hair reduction and stay away from sona medspa.

I went in for botox, having had it done previously elsewhere. Ultimately I chose this place because they had Saturday hours and were decently priced. When I called I asked if they endorsed botox for migraines in which they said absolutely. Upon arrival I was informed that they do not administer botox to "treat migraines" but would be willing to administer it anyway. Then they asked me had I had the procedure done before. When I told her yes, her response was "well then I guess I don't need to explain the risks and the procedure and went on about her business. Maybe I'm old school but I would think she should have explained it anyway, for security reasons. Whatever....I've had it done before and it worked then so I wanted to do it again.

Then I saw the doctor. He tried to convince me I needed to treat my wrinkles and i told him no, I just want the same areas treated and showed him where I wanted the botox. He tried to tell me no that he wouldn't do it. After explaining that this are the places my migraines are located and these were the places it had been done before (and worked) he did it anyway. He upped my dosage by 8 units without my permission and gave me twice as many shots as the other doctor I had seen previously.

Needless to say, I will not be going back. While the receptionists were nice and friendly, the doctor barely spoke any English and barely spoke a word to me. I felt like I was just there to help him pay the bills. I did not feel like a patient.
