Recent Reviews
The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and capable. They are also patient when shopping for frames/lenses. The only time they get a little flustered is if you're late for an appointment. I get that they run a tight ship and delays can get the entire schedule off; but when I offered to reschedule, they said no, but were obviously distressed that they would be "behind" for the rest of the day. But all else is very good, clean, efficient, and well-run.
