They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. If they didn't know the answer, or if there was some element of risk, they let me know. For example, on whether or not to get a crown for a cracked tooth, they told me that a crown would make it less likely to crack further, but that even without a crown, it may not crack further anyway, so it was my choice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

0 star is I really wants to offer, but at least 1 star to be able to post this review.. so I give 1 star.

Doctor Lu has MANY reasons to delay my crowns to be finished.

7 months passed, my 5 teeth crowns for implant still not done.

I paid full at April 6, 2011 for my 5th crown , today June 10 my crown still undone. 10 days passed after my 3rd times visit office for crown, myself , the patient, had to call office to ask when my crown done and I got the answer from Dr. Lu' s reception that the lab for crown-maker doesn't know when will be done and you patient call lab to ask. She assured me that Dr. Lu knows this situation.

What a irresponsible doctor !

Dr. Lu does her business according to her best schedule to suit herself She NEGELECT patient. Dr. Lu has MANY EXCUSE to delay, such as long X'mas off, her daughter's events, her ofiice girl' sick,.......She never think of patient's side.

My crowns case are regular according to my dental implant doctor told me. It's not difficult.
