I went to Julia's yoga class because I had neck issues. I left feeling so much better -- not only the physical pain but spiritually as well. She knows how the body works and knows how to make it feel better. She teaches calming techniques that improve your daily life also. Her classes have completely transformed the way I live. I feel so blessed to have found her! I highly recommend everyone to take a class with Julia.
