The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
