The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr Anderson was my doctor when i was in middle and high school. Over the next 7 years my providers changed due to insurance (school, then the HMOs that I was on after college). When I began a job 3 years ago that had a PPO, and I could choose any doctor, I immediately went back to Dr. Anderson. He is attentive, interested, caring, and very good at explaining what is happening with an illness or symptom; what it is, why you have it, what the treatment is and how it works.
