agree with the first reviewer. although the staff was more than accomodating, dr micheal was extremely rude, extremely rushed, and more than anything, made me feel like a huge annoyance. the waiting time was ridiculous (no less than 40min w/o an apology).

bottom line, there are too many good dermatologists out there that understand the value of good customer service. don't go here.

Dr. Michael and Soho Dermatology do not value their patients. Dr. Michael seems to be an excellent Dermatologist, it is unfortunate that on multiple occasions the office massively overbooked his appointments AND on multiple occasions DR.MICHAEL FAILED TO SHOW UP! to the office an inconvenience to the several overbooked patients who ended up having to re-schedule, re-travel, re-arrange to accommodate poor scheduling and time management.
