I followed her plan as best I could and in 10 months time I dropped 90 pounds. I lost 12 inches in my waist measurement. I am very impressed with her weight management plan. I no longer have hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and hyperlipidemia. She personalizes your progress to your needs and goals. The money spent is definitely worth the reward! Dr. Fountis is a true miracle. Follow her plan, and you WILL SUCCEED! I've been a patient for about 6 months and have lost almost 75 lbs, and dropped one blood pressure medication! Dr. Fountis, takes the time to explain things, intently listens to your questions and concerns....hit a road block, put a call in to the office & she will take the time to personally call you back.
I wish I had found her sooner.
