I am a healthcare provider in Phoenix and I had put on a significant amount of weight over the years and I was referred to Sophia Fountis, D.O., a weight management specialist. I followed her plan as best I could and in 10 months time I dropped 90 pounds. I lost 12 inches in my waist measurement. I am very impressed with her weight management plan. I no longer have hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and hyperlipidemia. She personalizes your progress to your needs and goals. The money spent is definitely worth the reward! I definitely will be referring patients to her care in the future. Thank you Dr. Fountis, I am so glad that I found you!

Dr. Fountis is a true miracle. Follow her plan, and you WILL SUCCEED! I've been a patient for about 6 months and have lost almost 75 lbs, and dropped one blood pressure medication! Dr. Fountis, takes the time to explain things, intently listens to your questions and concerns....hit a road block, put a call in to the office & she will take the time to personally call you back.
I wish I had found her sooner.

If you have major weight to loose this is who you need to see. I Got over 100 lbs off with Dr Fountis 9 years ago. Recently after a major surgery I needed to drop some excess I had put on. If you do exactly what she tells you your guaranteed to loose. I have kept it off for the past 9 years much better than my friends who had Gastric Bi pass. The Dr will teach you how to get it off and KEEP it off. This woman is a God send to me, she changed my life.

Dr.Fountis is passionate about her patients' weight loss. I have found her to be smart, articulate, motivating, knowledgeable, caring, kind and direct ( which I totally appreciate). Her staff is helpful and nice. The weight loss program works IF FOLLOWED. The weight loss diet is restrictive for a set amount of time. But I am never hungry and with a little bit of pre-planning, it is very easy to follow. At 58 yr. old, I have lost 43lbs in a little over 3mos., no longer have to take blood pressure meds, and feel the best I have felt in over a decade. I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Fountis

I am a 71 year old male who was referred to Dr Fountis by my family doctor. In the first two weeks of her program I lost 18 pounds. That is not typical and I slowed down my weight loss as I went through the program. I just came off the diet and I am now in the maintenance phase. In total, I have lost over 75 pounds in a little over 3 months. It was not all that hard. I was not hungry all the time. Her program works. You are wise to try this program. The program is not covered by insurance but it is not any more expensive than the advertised commercial programs.
