Amazing experience completed very complex surgery and it was successful. Did all that he said he would and in a professional no nonsense manner, spelling out carefully explaining the procedure including the risks and possible outcomes.

Dr. Francis spent a total of 20 minutes with me before announcing that I would have to be in surgery only two days later. He did not adequately prepare for my surgery, and abandoned my case as soon as he had finished the surgery and removing the drain from the area of the surgery. He never spoke with me or my wife after the surgery, and he closed his office that was within my HMO's service area. He refused my calls after that time. This doctor ruined my life, and I clung to the hope that I would recover until the statute of limitations passed. Don't let this man touch you or your loved ones.
