I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They weren't too friendly and didn't give me much of a welcome. The prep is extensive, I had to miss a day of work because it begins the morning before the procedure (colonoscopy) and I was NPO from midnight until 4 pm the next day. My appt was at 1:00 pm but I was asked to come early 12:15. I was taken in for the procedure at 4 pm. I wouldn't send my dog to him,however, I would send my worst enemy to him.
