Have not yet seen this doctor, and I'm hoping the visit I have scheduled goes way better than the actual scheduling process. 11/04/13, I have now called the office four times to get my first colonscopy screening appointment. The first time the staff member did not have the appointment book and advised me to call back in 10-15 mins. Second call 10-15 mins later, still no appointment book. Said it was with the doctor and she would have access to it from noon through 2:00 pm. Advised I call back then. I called back at 1:30 and got voicemail that said the office was closed between noon - 2:00 pm!! Called again at 1:40 and the phone was answered. The first available appointment they have is January 6th so it appears the office is heavily impacted.

I'm sure the receptionist would have called me back as an option, but I have limited access to the phone so it was best for me to call in. Overall her attitude was a bit lacking in customer service. Would prefer to have an online scheduling option instead of repeated phone calls to staff who don't seem to care or have access to up to date information.

I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
