Dr. Ramseur is the best Ob/Gyn I have ever seen--and I have seen over a dozen in the last 20 years. He explained the purpose of medications & thier side effects. He explained, in extensive detail, the possible positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. He and his nursing staff were extremely informative. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. If I can't reach one immediately, they always promptly return my call. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are all professional, courteous, and friendly. While I live in this area, there is no other Ob/Gyn I will go to.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
