I had a sinuplasty and Turbinate procedure done in office on 2-19-2012. The doctor always let me know what he was going to do next and what to expect when he was doing it. His assistant has a very professional demeanor as well as a good sense of humor. Yeah there was a little pain here and there( Duh) their working in your nose and sinuses what do you expect.
I would highly recommend Dr. Shah and his assistant to anyone looking to do this procedure.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
