It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were, especially the front desk receptionist. It is very annoying how after the exam they escort you to the financial office.

My husband and I were very unhappy with this dentist.. The ladies on the front desk were rude, and everytime I'd call to make an appt. they would keep me on hold for long or just didn't come back to me... They were never flexible with our schedules, since they are not open on weekends, I had to leave work early everytime I had an appt... The scheduled times were inconvenient, and when I'd go in and tell them what my problem was, they'd end up working on some other area in my mouth.. And lastly, yes, they take you on your scheduled time however, once seated in one of the rooms you wait for a long while before the dentist comes in to see you.... Will not be going back.. Was a patient for 2 years and unhappy...
