YOUR EMPLOYEES OR YOURSELF DONT EVEN KNOW IF YOU TAKE A SPECIFIC INSURANCE. Calling your office to make a 1st time appointment was such a horrible experience. Janiva was supposed to call me back before then end of the day and she did not, even though she was polite but that doesn’t cut it if she doesn’t do the job that she’s there to do along with the other receptionist that had no clue what insurances you take and was clueless of that fact the Janiva had me on hold -communication knowing you are a small DR office with 3 employees would be the KEY) . I suppose that you would take the insurance AMERIGROUP because they assigned me to you and if you weren’t in network then you would’ve not been in the system. The best thing to say would be WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS!!! Not have me on HOLD for over 30 min, after the fact that she already had taking some of my child information. The only reason I am wasting my time writing a review and I will post everywhere I can is because all I needed it was a referral to take MY SON TO THE CARDIOLOGOIST but thanks to your professional staff now I have to wait to get a new card from the ins co .. and you don’t even care!!!
