They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine seriously. They are polite and never use foul language, which I appreciate. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. At times they overbook appointments there are not enough seats and the wait tends to get a bit ridiculous. My only concern is the way Dr. Ernst talks down to certain parents and their child/children. A child must feel comfortable with their Dr. Not nervous and not wanting to go to their appointment.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The Dr. tends to be rude at times when children break a brace and snaps at the parent as if the parent is responsible for the act things happen and the Dr.'s business is to do dental not discipline a parent and maybe if he used better bracing instead of the cheap stuff to make a buck off of the poor parent in this economy he'd be a way better person.
