terrible staff. they lied to me about patient's financial responsibility and wanted me to pay more than what the insurance allowed. When I did three way call with insurance on line and repeated what I was told by office staff, found out staff was lying.

The dentist's assistant had left for the day, so the dentist took full mouth x-rays, did exam and prophy. Dentist did not ask if I had full-mouth X-rays within the last year (of which I did). I was told by receptionist that my insurance would only pay for bite-wings I had to pay $144 for the full-mouth X-rays. I called the next day and was told that the dentist had asked me if I had full-mouth X-rays taken in the last year, of which he NEVER asked me. My co-pay was to be $5.00. I was also told that bite-wing X-rays are $69.00. They could of credited me the $75.00 difference but they refused to do do. I was also told it was my responsibility to inform them of my previosly taken full-mouth x-rays and not their responsibility to ask me if I had previos full-mouth x-rays taken. Very disappointed.
