terrible staff. they lied to me about patient's financial responsibility and wanted me to pay more than what the insurance allowed. When I did three way call with insurance on line and repeated what I was told by office staff, found out staff was lying.

The dentist's assistant had left for the day, so the dentist took full mouth x-rays, did exam and prophy. Dentist did not ask if I had full-mouth X-rays within the last year (of which I did). I was told by receptionist that my insurance would only pay for bite-wings I had to pay $144 for the full-mouth X-rays. I called the next day and was told that the dentist had asked me if I had full-mouth X-rays taken in the last year, of which he NEVER asked me. My co-pay was to be $5.00. I was also told that bite-wing X-rays are $69.00. They could of credited me the $75.00 difference but they refused to do do. I was also told it was my responsibility to inform them of my previosly taken full-mouth x-rays and not their responsibility to ask me if I had previos full-mouth x-rays taken. Very disappointed.

Very Unhappy!..
1. The cleaning was painful.
2. Extra service and charge was not properly explained and was not covered by my insurance.
3. The staff were rude.
4. They never replied to my letter about an extra service and extra charge.

Never greated I just walked in and signed my name and sat down. I always ended up waiting. Once in the chair I waited even more. Dentist kept bouncing around from patient to patient. My appointments would always last like 1.5 hours because of this. One appointment there were 4 people in the little cubicle. 1 helping and the 2 others standing around. Always trainging and always had to remind the trainees to get clean gloves or a new instrument. I will not return to this dentist.
