Do not go to this dentist office, customer service is HORRIBLE!!! My family and I had a 9:45am appointment during the week. We arrive and NO ONE is there, the office is closed. The admin arrives 30 minutes later and offers no apology; like this is normal business practice. Very inconsiderate of our time and unprofessional.

Dentist performs an outstanding job in providing dental services. She listens well to a patient's needs, performs the proper procedures, and asks you to follow up accordingly. All of her excellent services provided are overshadowed however by the poor staff responses patients receive. Calls made with messages are not returned, when you speak with a staff member (especially Elizabeth) you're told someone will call you back and no one does, and when you ask for the doctor to contact you there is no response. I will therefore be searching for a new dentist that can provide excellent services and an efficient supportive staff.
