Dr. Marrs is a consumate professional who will spend the time with his patients to ensure they understand the preparation, procedure and potential issues. I am getting my first dental implant and bone transplant. Highly recommend Dr. Marrs.

Let me begin with the positive. The doctor was outstanding. I am very pleased with services received during the time I was in the dentist chair. The rest of the operation needs HUGE improvement. Its like a used car sales lot. They did not bother to break down any charges, didn't bother to inform me of extra costs, etc. After the extraction doctor told me that I was supposed to have a followup visit. I called in after a two week to be informed that they don't do follow up visits. Additionally the customer facing staff should not EVER be allowed anywhere near the customer. My suggestion is they send most of their people to customer service training classes, maybe take some personality profiles and make sure they don't have self centered individuals trying to serve their customers. Too bad, a great doctor.
