I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
