My 14 yr old had her wisdom teeth out. I felt like it was the "Jiffy Lube for Oral Surgery". They brought us to the room where she had the procedure and explained everything and then I left the room into the waiting room. I asked to use the bathroom and walked by and the door was wide open and saw all of the people prying her mouth open and it was something a parent shouldn't see. I went to the bathroom thinking "This is really unprofessional" and went back to the waiting room. Within 40 minutes they told me she was done and brought me to the little cubicle area/waiting/recovery room and my daughter was so pale and looked as if she could throw up at any moment. There was no way she was awake enough to be aware of what was going on. They had already contacted my insurance and gave me a dollar amount to pay on the spot. Then the nurse/assistant was frustrated as I was waiting for my husband to get back from errands he was running. I was texting him to hurry up and she said "call him and tell him to meet us at the back door" They don't use the same door you come in when patients are leaving. I was handed some prescriptions and given some directions and pushed out the door. I just felt like that seat was needed for the next patient and I better get out quick. My daughter got sick in the car on the ride home. The bag they gave us with her extra gauze and directions came in handy to puke in. They did call to check on her around 4 pm that same day. This morning my daughter was completely bruised on her face and swollen cheeks and even her eyes. She feels like she has been hit. I just would like to you find another clinic or rethink using this facility for oral surgery. It is hidden in a strip mall and I just felt like it was a "Jiffy Lube". Very frustrating as my husband and I had ours done many years ago, but it was done in a Fargo hospital and were there at least 4 hours and in a more sterile environment and felt more secure when being sent home. This is a facility my insurance referred us to.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
